If you need to cancel a scheduled organizing service, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For organizing and decluttering services that have been completed, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.
In cases where service has been partially completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the work completed. All refund decisions are at the discretion of Khalryonylozarin.
Workshop registrations can be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop may be eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward a future workshop.
Virtual consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
If you have concerns about our services or believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days using the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
